Refund policy

All custom and commissioned work is created based on the specifications provided and approved by the client. A deposit (or full payment, depending on the project) is required before production begins. Once work has started, no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at tcdecks@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Digital Art & Downloads (if applicable)

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges will be given for digital art or downloadable files once they have been sent or accessed.
